We have a dedicated, full trained team to answer your queries, provide you with advice and a personalised quotation fully inclusive of all delivery, installation and collection charges, and including all consumables. Q. How many luxury portable toilets do you have?
We have in excess of twenty five luxury toilet trailers, with several examples of each unit you can see on our website. In addition to this we also have a large number of Single and Accessible toilet units, and of course our popular range of mobile showers too.

We have a modern stocking system which tells us up to date information about our units so your unit will never be double booked. If there is an instance where we cannot supply the exact unit you have ordered, due to servicing or damage at a previous event, we will upgrade your booking to a larger unit completely free of charge.

When you book with us you specify your preferred delivery date, and even time to suit you. We then contact you nearer the time to confirm this with you, to ensure your loos are there when you need them.

Q. What sort of back up do I get?
Installing the mobile toilet unit perfectly in a position that suits you, the event and your guests is only part of a well rounded portable toilet hire service. If things begin to fail with toilet units, it is generally due to second hand or poorly maintain units. We manufacture our own units to our exacting standards, building on our extensive industry experience. As we have manufacturing facilities in house, each unit is meticulously serviced annually, and checked and thoroughly cleaned between events. In the unlikely event that something does go wrong, we will come and fix the problem immediately or replace the unit completely.

Q. How long has the Company been in business?
The Convenience Company were one of the first businesses of this type to offer luxury portable toilet hire when we were established in 1990. This has led to 25 years of accumulated knowledge, resources and expertise in the luxury loo hire industry, meaning you can always hire from us with confidence – see what our customers say about us.

Q. Are there any hidden charges?
We include everything you need in your own personalised quotation. We provide free delivery and collection within a 20 miles radius, but outside of that area we will include this charge in with your hire price. We also include all consumables, and can even provide you with extension cables to connect your unit to your electricity supply, again free of charge. So the price we quote you, is the price you pay.

We also carry £5,000,000 public liability cover.

Q. Do the units need electricity or water?
All our luxury units are self contained and have built in water supplies and integral drainage tanks. You can run them from a local water supply if preferred or if your event is over longer than a day, to avoid having to replenish water stocks, We can discuss this with you when you hire the unit.

All of our units require connection to a standard 240v supply in order to run the flushing and lighting systems. This can be taken from a local supply (we will supply you with extension cables to use free of charge), or a small generator, minimum 2.5Kva. If you do not have a generator on site, we can hire these out too.

Q. Is there anything else I need to know?
There are laws governing the use and provision of toilet amenities at any event, no matter how small. If you have an event where the public are to attend, then you must provide a certain number of amenities dependant on how many people you expect to attend. If you have a private event then you may still need insurance for public liability depending on your venue.

You may also wish to consider hiring an attendant for the duration of your event. The attendant should be fully trained and able to maintain the units supplies as well as check the cleanliness of the units at regular intervals. We can provide a professional attendant, please ask for more details.
